Cheers Ivor, it aint that clean now, my lad is in the process of moving house and has dumped the contents of his garage in mine Only good bit is he has left me a 650 Triton to finish for him. but that can wait until the weather gets worse. would rather be riding them this time of year
Shortly after building it I fitted peashooter silencers and it totally transformed the engine. It pulled much harder. Best 100 quid I spent on the bike lol

Very nice mate! how did you find the clutch setup...spent hours with a dial gauge and bits of paper getting mine setup.
I have seen that method, but I just put mine back together as is and it works fine. next time I strip I may go that route
