Sizing seems to be true. I'm mid way between medium and large. The JO medium is a nice tight (not too tight) fit. And the shell is less bulky and more lightweight than the usual open face ones, meaning you look less like the Mekon than otherwise. The visor has three stop points so you can avoid it catching on your nose, and the nape curves outwards which is a nice touch. The medium weighs in at 1kilo, add another 50g for the large. All in all it seems to be a good quality good value item.

if you look here they give a size chart which is fairly accurate, my head is just over 22 inches and the medium is just right

So by unanimous vote of the Oakley MC committee 'sartorial sub-committee' (the three TWMBO) the TC-1 (red one) is the choice. I popped in to Flitwick Motorcycles where it's still at the old price of £299.99 (less my OMC 10% discount) and ordered one in medium cos they only had large on the shelf.

I suspect Flitwick will tell me the price has gone up when they place the order.

Flitwick did tell me the price had gone up, but so did Motolegends'. Anyway Flitwick agreed to do it for £299.98, but no OMC 10% discount. So still cheaper than anywhere else. I must say that although it looks a cracker on the shelf I'm not sure the old-geezer male model does it justice.

Figwold also bought one in J&S yesterday. Couldn't persuade him to buy the yellow and grey one to go with his Street Cup lol.

Used mine for the first time on Saturday, sun glasses under new Goliath goggles. Went to wipe the goggles then realised the flippin' lens had fallen out somewhere on the ride. Probably explained why there was a tad more wind than expected around the top of my hooter.

I've now ordered some Bolle Chronosoft ballistic goggles. Not marketed as m/b goggles by Bolle but some places call them 'McQueen' goggles because they look like the ones he used to wear. They come in cheaper than similar m/b specific goggles. Supposed to fit well over specs (thanks for the good advice Tony). I've had no problem with Bolle ski goggles in the past. I will report back.
