The word twat is generally used in jest when someone is being a bit silly or daft. Calling someone a spastic which is a vile word ceased amongst civilized folk 50+ years ago. The only folk that use the S word now in a derogatory way are the knuckle draggers.

Highest rate of Covid down here in Cornwall now since the start of the pandemic. My son and his partner plus near neighbours have all had it in the past couple of weeks, fortunately all fairly mild symptoms, always a worry for the more vulnerable though.

Yeah getting there thanks. Day 5 today so going to test later to see if I'm negative then as long as I'm negative again tomorrow I'm free again. If not rinse and repeat the tests until I get the 2 negatives in a row. There's now guidance due on the 1st April and as the LF tests seem to have dried up it woukdn't surprise me if Boris & co ditch the testing altogether outside hospitals

Well I’m heading back to port. 2 days sail. Get back early Monday and disembark. Have arranged a separate hotel for 2 days where we will both have to isolate until we fly back to the UK 30.03.22. Get back into the UK 31.03.22 hopefully. Booked the hotel in Miami on line and there appears to be no monitoring on check in but if that happens and Mrs O is too hot ..( ! ) then who knows what we do. We will overcome …!
