set off out on the harrier and it was just about dry, filled up at the local fuel stop and went to pay but had left my card at home luckily the guy trusted me to go back home and get it. got 3 miles into my run and it pissed it down for 10 miles so i changed my route, managed 30 odd very wet miles. so decided to carry on with the triton, oil pump is primed and fluid coming back to tank so 1st fire up tomorrow morning
It lives fired her up today and sounds lovely. Oil does not seem to be returning so investigation reqd before i start it again. www.facebook.com/iain.strong.5/posts/3098846500238158?notif_id=1599840477055748¬if_t=feedback_reaction_generic&ref=notif
sorted now oil is flowing well (Y) lines were crossed. this is a very early unit motor with a swan neck feed oil junction pipe which confused me
new one to me i have just bought an oversized cotter pin for the triton kickstart. nice 100 mile round trip in Cumbria an Lancashire to LPWilliams have to confess i went on my 955i and not an old triple. rather enjoyed going faster then 2 miles a minute
well the tank is painted now, pick it up next weekend so bike will be finished just in time for the salting on the roads pics here
