Any Port in a storm. Cheers, Ken. PS. I’ve a good idea how ya feeling dilligaf...knees, hip and lower back with me. Been swallowing panniers full of Turmeric Curcumin with Organic Black Pepper caps; and also same amount of Green Lipped Mussel caps. for 34 months now. They really do work for me. Cheers,Ken.
That’s how I get on it mate but it hurts like feck The Bergman is a step through style twist and go scooter The Missenden Flyer had one on loan from Suzuki and raved about it
They are REALLY popular and pretty bloody quick. Never really took off here but sooooo many about overseas so they can’t all be wrong!! Except the french. Always wrong. The honda one is nice and worth a look too? https://www.honda.co.uk/motorcycles/range/scooter/forza-750/overview.html
Don't feel too bad marra, you just have to ask and I'll ride close to you making proper bike noises. Be our secret
@dilligaf Dilli, I truly hope you can get out on that Tiger and ride it like the wind. And better yet, pain free (or at least pain manageable)! Is there a reason you've put an April deadline on keeping or selling your Twat? If you can't ride the Triumph, I say good for you for looking into the Bergman or some other form of riding. Life throws stuff at us and we can adapt or curl up. Here's to adapting and not quitting. Mr. Sandi and I have the conversation every so often about whether we'd choose to ride a trike when or if we're unable to ride on two wheels. He says no way. But I would definitely consider it. I know the feel wouldn't be quite the same, but to me, riding is better than not riding! Mr. Sandi does concede that he might consider a bike with a side car. That would be nice as it would provide an option for a dog. (Yes, we'll have another boxer at some point....)
April would be a good time to sell a bike in this country At the moment I dunno if 2021 is gonna be any better for me as far as riding goes Told wor lass what I was thinking of doing and she’s said why? She said that I should keep the bike for as long as it takes until I’m fixed up as I’ve put a lot of work and effort into it Of course she’s right and once I’ve had my operations I’ll be better able to judge what I can and can’t do Still waiting for appointment dates Just been feeling a bit down in the dumps that’s all
Hey, dilligaf, We can all feel down int dumps at times....quite often for me recently, but, I take time to look around at some others and then I think....what a lucky guy I am. And, there might even be a Dragon around April / May next year. Our hurricane season will be long gone by then, hopefully the Welsh one too. Cheers,Ken.
