I'm not sure if they are the same for the 765 as for the 675 but a number of people have given excellent reviews (elsewhere) on the quickshifter from these people :- http://www.qs.vyrobce.cz/sensors.html#triumph They are (on the 675) plug and play and were - probably still are - VERY much cheaper than the Triumph branded device (132 euro plus p&p). I bought one to go on my 2010 bike and then found a good used Triumph one at a great price so had that put on mine and will save the ContRoll for my wife's bike ..... once I can convince her to try a QS!
Sweet ride, happy to finally see your upgrade. I know you will enjoy the learning, even if scary like the shoelace stay safe
Talking of tyres, the stocks on my R are shit too....really squirmy in the cold, wet, anything but optimum sunny conditions. How are you finding the heated grips? £165 seems like a f..k of a lot for the Triumph ones, but my last bike had aftermarkets and they were poor, came unstuck after a couple of uses.
LearningtoFly Cracking Bike. Colours just seem to flow and compliment the bike. Jus sitting there it looks fast. Ride Safe Joe.
The grips are perfect in terms of the fit/seamless appearance on the handlebars and work reliably. The only criticism I have is that - with 3 heat settings - I'd like them to get a little hotter when on full power. As an aside, I'm more than happy with the stock tires. That said, anything would feel good after the Twin's rubber.
