Hey people of the Triumph forum!

I own a 2018 Speed triple RS in white, wich i absolutely love. The bike is my everyday bike and i ride it in all sorts of weather.

I've been fighting to keep the headers clean, but some dirt seems to be burnt stuck to the headers and pipes.
I need some advice for cleaning them and all suggestions will be much appreciated. :)

Thank you! :) I was hoping someone would say autosol, but i was unsure of using that since the headers and pipes are a type of brushed metal, not polished.
But the autosol seems to do the job :)

The shining pipes against the filth of the surrounding bits of bike is strangely mesmerising :joy:

Joten - Autosol (I use Peak metal polish) on a pad of wire wool works well too. The Harpic trick also works, but appears to set people off on a "you'll dissolve your bike if you're not careful" frenzy.

Also - treating your cleaned up pipes with ACF-50 really helps to prevent the tarnishing from forming and even reverses it to a degree.

It will smoke as it burns off after starting for the first time, but that's all part of the excitement.

Autosol did the Job quite well! There is still some minor discoloring, but its good for now
