Featured Bought Too Much?

As some of you know, I’m currently building a custom Bonneville ´67 650,

In the process i have bought a lot of parts from Lowbrow Customs i USA. It all started with finding some great YouTube videos they made. They are quick on delivery, and have an exceptional customer service!! I have called, chatted and emailed with them (Todd) and they will help you with everything! Really service minded

And then out of the blue, I received a package from them to day, but i haven’t ordered anything, so i was a bit surprised

It turned out to be a gift for being a good customer 2020 Engraved knife and a grindstone in a nice wooden box, together with a handwritten thank you card from the founder of the company!!!

It really makes you feel appreciated as a customer, but also makes me think...HOW much money did I actually spend this year

Anyway, big shoutout to Lowbrow Customs

Nice. Regardless of how much you've spent 99.9% of suppliers would never do that. Not only that but it looks really decent and not some empty gesture of tat. Good on them.

 

Agreed, had it even just been the handwritten card, I would have been impressed

 

Wow that's a good way to pay back customer support, on the other hand he thinks you may have a stable off Triumphs so maybe you kept the company afloat single handed
So long as your happy, another year coming it's all behind you now.
