Featured Bought Too Much?

    As some of you know, I’m currently building a custom Bonneville ´67 650,

    In the process i have bought a lot of parts from Lowbrow Customs i USA. It all started with finding some great YouTube videos they made. They are quick on delivery, and have an exceptional customer service!! I have called, chatted and emailed with them (Todd) and they will help you with everything! Really service minded :party:

    And then out of the blue, I received a package from them to day, but i haven’t ordered anything, so i was a bit surprised :neutral:

    It turned out to be a gift for being a good customer 2020 :cool: Engraved knife and a grindstone in a nice wooden box, together with a handwritten thank you card from the founder of the company!!! :heart_eyes:

    It really makes you feel appreciated as a customer, but also makes me think...HOW much money did I actually spend this year :joy::joy:

    Anyway, big shoutout to Lowbrow Customs :heart:

    Nice. Regardless of how much you've spent 99.9% of suppliers would never do that. Not only that but it looks really decent and not some empty gesture of tat. Good on them. :cool:

    Wow that's a good way to pay back customer support, on the other hand he thinks you may have a stable off Triumphs so maybe you kept the company afloat single handed :D:D
    So long as your happy, another year coming it's all behind you now.
