I thought it might be interesting to see pics of what your bikes looked like both when your acquired them and now.

Both my bikes were starting to look a bit tired when I got them, and I hope that I have improved both since they have been with me.

The original picture of the Street Triple doesn't really show the problems, but its had a few minors changes/fixes; new shock, silencers, main no plate tail assembly, indicator stems, bar end mirrors, leavers, belly pan, seat cowl, etc.

It's looking good mate. All credit to you. The rest will come as and when. You know the old saying Rome wasn't built in a day. You will get there.
    Regards
    Joe.

Even these pics are not the latest. It now has a chrome rear mudguard and I run cherished-dateless UK number plates - yellow tea tray and all, running around the US. Definitely gets the double-take looks...lol

A quick mod with my Gummikuh...
This time two years ago exact 755D2C2C-9D6F-4407-AF4E-5A2B01F7DA12.jpeg 6938EA79-EAC7-4BC4-AFE5-53D26EF798C0.jpeg

To this currently, it was just the colours that clashed so I blended it a bit... 029B5652-A01B-495B-9807-0A4C8EC6CA07.jpeg 41918F81-C31E-42CD-B811-88ECDCBF2C85.jpeg

As for my bonneville six years in I’ve only got a few Std pics and not really started the mods as yet.
This was the day I bought it from the south coast C81B7DDE-23BD-49F5-BEA1-6E234404B037.jpeg AF171763-BE75-43CB-B7BA-C493AB5E5525.jpeg 40E0F957-AFA9-4EAA-9469-56CB3726F7E3.jpeg

At Motad for my free prototype peashooter exhausts C8AB0B09-1005-48C0-8112-356B4CC6E410.jpeg

At Bakewell with the wife fitted to the rear and her ‘kitchen’ unit 2E7E9F9B-3D82-4271-BE6C-5B81850B98DD.jpeg Next will be possibly a ‘retro’ paint scheme at some point

I remember when you had those Motad exhausts fitted, they made the bike run REALLY WELL. I enjoyed my little test ride.
