    Had my op yesterday teatime n was back home fot 9 last night . All went well bits of floating debris removed . knee was very sore where he removed the bony lump of my Tib . Managed to sort the pain with a Tramadol . Feels fine now but cant sleep cos of the drugs
    Few lazyish days ahead so may be on here a bit more :p:p
    Also got some bike playstation games of my lad ride n motogp so may as well get some riding time in virtually that is :grinning:

    I was getting nostalgic there......

    I had a flush in 2005 before I went full Black & Decker in 2009. It ain’t much fun. Keep going. It WILL get easier.

    Tiglet I don't mind them, (cant beat a good buzz LOL)
    only has 100mg in 24 hrs so will be off them tomorrow

    I was on and off them for a couple of years before I had major spinal surgery and was happy I had them at times o_O
