Will A Reset Adaption Take Place If I Let It Idle For 20 Minutes?

    Hi All,

Uploaded a new map to my 08 Efi Thruxton but no matter what i do in TuneEcu (although I'm probably doing something wrong?) I cant select the reset adaption feature and the green TPS light is just on? So if I just let it idle from cold will it do a reset adaption anyway?

    Many thanks.

PS If anyone knows how i can remove TuneEcu and the lead drivers, i'd be glad to know how? It doesn't show up on my add remove programs etc?

To remove tuneecu, just find the files/folders and delete them ! It works along similar lines as running excel spreadsheet ! It's simple script !

The lead drivers are in 'usb' hardware management

All efi cars and bike's are adaptive ! They all learn new setting's (adapt) for things such as "idle" airflow (chocking filter's "air box") weather conditions and " elevation ! A car or bike that is operated almost exclusively at sea level (coastal) will run differently to one that operates above 1,000 meters , as the air density drops (available oxygen) as height above sea level increases, if injection put sea level fuelling in the engine would be 'rich' and poor fuel economy and running would suffer !
