Hi all, I am a newbie to this forum. I have a 2019 Street Twin, and would like to upgrade the suspension. Starting with the rear suspension: Does anyone know which Ohlins model number would work for the ST? I searched the Ohlins site for hours but the models listed are all for 2016-2018. Not sure if it means Ohlins don't have offering for the 2019 ST. Front suspension: Same question as above, don't see offering on the Ohlins website for 2019 ST. Any help appreciated. And... if Ohlins don't offer anything for my 2019 ST, is FOX the best choice I have? What about the front?
Whatever you go for check the clearance around the upper mounting lug when you get them before you launch into a full on change out. T100 & Speed Twin owners have had issues with certain brands fouling the mounting lug. Nitron for one, which was my case with a T100. You'll find the threads here easily enough. There are other manufacturers producing kits such as Andreani and one or two others. The Ohlins went straight in on mine without any mods, be aware that some makes may not.
