My list is constantly changing. These are always high up there though: 1. Rolling Stones 2. Bob Dylan 3. Leonard Cohen 4. Rolling Stones. Did I remember to mention the Stones?
Rolling Stones Mott the Hoople and/or Ian Hunter Beatles Cheap Trick I could easily have had The Who, Delbert McClinton, Rod Stewart (older stuff), Faces, Bowie, Oasis. Difficult to stop at four!
Me too! 1974. I was 12. Made pilgrimage to London from US in 2009 to see the 40th anniversary reunion. Awesome trip.
As for my (current number 3 & 4). Im going for: 3: Iron Maiden 4: Amy MacDonald Yeah, I'm kinda all over the place
Well, as I like music, hifi, and play music, I'll have to add to this list. Only 4? Sheesh, might have to post multiple times. But for the moment, in their respective categories, the Awards go to: Electronic Chill: Haitus Electronic Dance/ Pop: The Polish Ambassador Pop/ Ska specific: The Mighty Mighty Bosstones Pop/ Rock: The Smiths
Oh, well, of course they are. The Tragically Hip, too. Just not my personal stuff to really 'feel'. So much to admire in both those bands, but I don't put them on to listen to. Now, the 'Guilty Pleasure' music choices would be a whole new list. Actually, and off topic, we listen mostly to internet radio; OffRadio and Radio Paradise- the World and Eclectic Mix.
