I'd offer £3000, its high mileage, service history is the key. Winter is coming, does he want a nice 3grand in his pocket or the uncertainty of watching it rust, while he waits for the spring? He may come down 500? Best of luck, Tom.
Ooh that's bloody pricy. I paid £4400 for my 2013 cast wheel bonneville with 3,100 miles. Too many drastically over priced bonnevilles around. I found that a 10 year approx bike just wasn't in the 10yr price bracket like an ordinary bike would be in. I wanted to spend £3k but all I could find were sheds from dreamy sellers wareing rose tints. I upped my price bracket and the deals went far better VFM. it was a no brainer
Moving forward with this now, having booked my Direct Access for 3 weeks time! Also, found what appears to be my ideal bike, a 2010 Bonneville T100 with just under 6000 miles on the clock for £4500.00 (seems to be the going rate for anything from an '08 to '11). Viewing at the weekend, so fingers crossed!
