The bike is nice, but anyway, whatever the bike, the story along is nice. Enjoy it. Really happy you're finally still there. :)

Saw a lad on one today while I was in my car, gotta love nakedness.

Your a lucky lad to have a missus buy you a bike and a nice one at that.

Looks like a sweet little bike, even better that you didn't pay for it, and it's a Honda, 'nuff said. Nice one from your Mrs!

Congrats on taking ownership of a bike with an engine that Honda deliberately over engineered to last a very long time.
I went to out to specifically buy one after coming across that information some 20yrs ago but got seduced by the Hornet instead. Not jealous, not jealous at all.

More importantly, does your wife have an equally generous single sister, asking for a bikeless friend...

Nice, did my learning and test on one, but couldn't afford to buy one at the time. Lovely bike, although the mirrors vibrated over 50-60mph, easy fix with bar ends or perhaps they tweaked them at some point.

Very nice! My girl would love to buy me a bike, but I’d have to give her the $$ first...

Yep. You can't really tell when it's typed out but "dilligaf" ends in fickle.

Johne Yes it is a nice little bike. I don't think it has the same punch as the earlier one but is quite smooth and comfy. Goes to show back then they designed bikes to be comfortable. And today they want to sell you comfort seats and bits.
    Joe.

No racing for me and you are not testing it either. Read and viewed your write up first and yes you are still a nutter in the best taste. Me put my knee down like that no I'd never get up again. But have to say it looked good.
