I think Ron is correct. At least I've never seen anything on Amazon that indicates that we here in the USA can buy booze through that avenue. I think it makes it WAY too easy! You are also correct, Jez. It seems sensible to have to--at the very least--leave the comfort of one's own home to buy alcohol. Plus, yes, I am known to have a lot of willpower. In more ways than one. "Will" power. I'll drink to that!
A couple of good beers, then a bottle of Cotes du Rhone between me 'n Andy. All good........................;
Saw the latest Quentin Tarantino movie this afternoon--"Once Upon a Time in Hollywood"--and for some reason it made me break out the tequila. Must have been the blender margaritas in a scene close to the end of the movie. Partida Anjeo on the rocks. Delicious!
I must admit to buying another couple of bottles, it’s very nice but should probably only be drank on special occasions
And why do you feel that might have been a better option for you? How do you feel when you think that way?
Irn-bru extra. Tastes better than the new recipe irn-bru. I wish they would bring back the old recipe and just charge more with the sugar tax. Barr's sales must be down because the new stuff is horrible
Ha ha, it certainly puts a smile on yer face I've got a couple of bottles, so about 4 pints worth 7.5% Started off with an old tom 8.5% No driving tomorrow, gonna be on the sofa watching BSB and WSBK all day
Tonight I’m doing a rack of craft ales, followed by a sniff of bush... (mills) The two central cans I’m particularly looking forward to. If they are as tasty as they are well (and euphemistically) named!!!
What a great batch o' beer, DCS! Better drink those two central cans first so you can enjoy them--and remember what they taste like after you drink the remainders. Though I think the "national" in this refers to the U.S., nonetheless it does seem appropriate from your photo that today is National Beer Lovers Day! So, in honor of National Beer Lovers Day, I know what I'll be drinking tonight.
I had this rye at a local BBQ joint that is known for its vast offerings of whiskeys. On a recent shopping trip to Total Wine (known fondly to Mr. Sandi and me as "Totally Wine Dude"), I saw there was one lonely bottle of it on the shelf so did the right thing and took it home with me. We cracked it open just last night Delicious!
