I've heard very good things about Green Spot, Glyn. It's a bit pricey around here. What's your opinion of whether it's worth it?

A nice Manhattan tonight. High West 36th Vote Barreled Manhattan. Manhattans are usually my winter cocktail of choice while I prefer martinis in the summer. I think I chose a Manhattan tonight as wishful thinking since the temps are still 100 degrees F+. This has a Luxardo cherry and an orange slice--fighting scurvy at every opportunity. Once again my cocktail accompaniment is a nice handful of almonds--this time mesquite smoked. No photos of those little guys. You'll just have to take my word for it. A delicious combo!
Funny you should say that, I got in this morning around 2am after my gig and poured myself a tin of Hobgoblin with a whisky chaser... I bought the Bushmills and the HG because they were on special offer at my supermarket... you don’t have shares in Booths do you DD?
