    im drinking a bottle of dead guy ale, but my photohosting site wont upload the image. this stuff, from newport oregon, off the rogue river.

    pretty good medium amber. i live in a beer desert in appalachia, and the stuff i really like to drink requires a hundred-mile drive. so i do th ebest i can.

    goes well with the palak paneer.

    More of a good-natured poke than say... a leftist referring to conservative types as nazis or fascists, as they are wont to do..

    But, we're running off the tracks a bit here so, to get back on topic -

    All that aside, I'll sit down and have a drink with anyone regardless of political stripe, sex, race, religion or ethnicity. As long as it's not Sambuca. Hate that stuff.

    All getting better!
    I can walk a few hundred yards with sticks.
    Off to see an orthopaedic trauma consultant today to find out what the current prognosis is.
    I'm able to drive now so getting around isn't too bad. Good job the cars an automatic, I might have a bit of difficulty using a clutch.

    Turns out I have a screw loose.
    One of the two used to hold the sacrum together has wiggled out by about half it's length. Just due to normal movement. If it's not causing any problem it will be left. If it does it will either, best option, get removed, or if necessary screwed back in.
    Other than that it's all good.
