I love a good IPA, @Pegscraper. Fortunately for me, my hubby does not. And that means that I don't have to worry that my IPA stash in the refrigerator will disappear when I'm not looking.
Maybe I need to go to bed after the loss of my drinking buddy, RIP the father in law. Cheers Angus Enjoy life!
If you're out on your rides and get overtaken by a Douglas Dragonfly then say hello....... Hi Angus.!
My condolences on the loss of Angus, Eldon. It’s so hard to say goodbye to those we love. I think many of us are at an age where more and more of that will be happening in the coming days. Gotta really love each other while we’re here! My sympathies.
Thank you @Sandi T I lost my father many years ago and then many years later to suicide. My father in law became very much my surrogate father and although I appreciated him, i did not recognise him in that role at the time
I'm not only sorry about your recent loss of your father-in-law, Angus, but also of your father and the circumstance of his death, @Eldon. I'm glad that Angus became such a great father to you. Cherish your memories off him and may those memories stay strong and fresh in your mind.
You are on quite the beer roll, @Pegscraper! Tell me, do you have a favorite from among those you've posted recently??
Well, they're all nice brews Sandi but I'd have to say the Old Moor Porter really tickles my taste buds. A rich dark stout, which slides down very nicely thank you, plus it's packed full of multi vitamins and fibre. I always keep a stock of Old Speckled Hen in the shed but I like to try unusual/specialist beers from the smaller breweries so, purely in the interests of continuing my research, here's tonight's offering......
