Yeah there were lots of people enjoying the water @Dartplayer and plenty of others just enjoying the weather. Bit warm for biking gear but hey ho!
Plugged into my 2002 Speed Triple the other day with a similar device. If this one can read OBD2 Generic it will work. Flashing the CPU, however takes more than a handheld, and can be frightening.
Very nice meeting with ‘The Duck’ today. Didn’t think I’d have so much in common with a Duck, but I do. Thanks Duck,Ken.
Had the bike MOT'd today (which it passed, no problem) and then went for a little bimble around the local back roads (mostly). Stopped by Whitgift (pronounced Wiggift) church for a couple of piccies. Can you spot the deliberate error when you look at the church? Shouldn't be too difficult really. Something in plain sight which is easily missed. Just askin'.
Are you talking about the XIII for 12 o'clock? Clock installed after WW1. Baker's dozen noon. Quite the mystery, it seems.
Stumped me there. Lost in translation. Generic sounds cheap, but Universal sounds elegant and sweeping. I will bet you a beer it will work.
Had a trundle around the Cheshire lanes today. Stopped for a picture at Oulton Park, which was closed and locked up. Then off home via the pub for a Guinness
I now think this is true. The chain I got was a 525ZVM-X, and the documentation for DID's official tool shows these chains have a bigger diameter pin and to make sure you have the tool head with 'the grove'. So it looks like they updated their tool to cope with the bigger pins on this chain and the copy of their tool I bought was a copy of the old DID tool. So other people should be aware of this.
