Shell always seem to be more expensive that most other petrol stations, but there is no excuse for their behaviour on pricing
Good day today, fitted some mirror extenders as I’m fed up of seeing my elbows and not the police car that was behind me a few weeks ago . Changed the front sprocket for a 19T, cleaned and oiled the chain. Then gave Betty a test drive. Please with the 19T sprocket dropped about 500 rpm off so 70 mph was 4000 rpm and makes the gears feel better set up.

Cheating slightly, had it round the country roads from Aberdeen to Braemar on Friday before the rain and gales arrived. The road from Banchory onwards is just one of those sections made for riding, every turn opens up views that make you want to get off and take in. This was at a sneaky pee in the bushes spot..
Just given the bike a good clean and polish, now admiring my handiwork She just looks so right from behind
we went to Helmsley during last week, there were no more than a dozen bikes there, that bakers in picture do a decent coffee and bacon sarny for £3.50.
Wor lass had a sausage roll and I got a diet coke . But more importantly and it's got me thinking, who's this fella on the phone too.
Spent an afternoon looking at this and scratching my head Wiring colours don’t match neither do half the parts they’re attached to but with a couple of teas and a circuit tester I managed to trace everything to its rightful owner. Electrics blah!
Had a ride to Wells by the sea today and then on to the usual coffee shop in Sunny Hunny. Crowded. Good to see that just about eveyone complied. But this little old dear put up some sort of fight when told to move on by Plod. Fought like a demon and hopped around on her one leg threatening the swat squad with her ice cream cone. Not really, it was just in my mind after weeks of being locked down and wanting some action.
