@steve lovatt wasnt impressed even though it was all shiney Normal service resumed!! Regardless of the nice blue skies, it absolutely pissed down while we were eating our ham egg n chips, photo evidence to follow courtesy of mr Lovatt, so bike was a pile of mud and crap when I got home, 30 mins later............ The secret is, it’s easier when they’re moist! Hmmmm, where have I heard that before?
Installed Healtech Brake light modulator Cleaned and lubed the chain Removed brake pads and cleaned the pistons
Cheers buddy I use paraffin with a brush. Wash off with clean water. Towel dry (she gets pampered ) and spin the wheel to flick the water off. Then Belray BluTac to lube. Sometimes I use Wurth dry chain lube.
Got my ST out of the garage to give it a once over ready for my 4 day trip to wales We go on Friday for a long weekend
I couldn't resists squeezing my broken foot into a pair of boots and setting out on a ride out through Wales to the Ponderosa on the Tigger ill be regretting it in the morning I bet
^^^^Years ago I crashed in Belgium on my TLS. My boots snapped and my ankle was twisted pretty bad. I was advised by a buddy of mine who was a doctor that if I take the boots off then I'll never get it back on because it would start to swell. So I ended up going to bed that night with my boots on and heavily gaffa tapped the boots ankle area to give some support to ankle. Next day rode back to London. Took the boots off and off I went to Northwick Park A&E. By the time I reached the hospital my ankle was like a pumpkin
Well in Preparation for there Treatment and though clean tomorrow I thought I would unite my two children for the first time First time I have ridden the Speed since I bought the Tiger, and Damn It felt like a completely new bike and like I was learning to ride it for the first time
