enjoy your trip say hello to el papa if you drop into v.c. NOT !!!! only kidding no offence to anyone
Havent done anything to my Triumph today but just watching Tom Cruise riding his Triple like he stole it!
Think we're steering clear of Rome, Fraser. Anyone in Venice you want me to piss off while I'm there?
Couldn't have been him.. He wouldn't be able to touch the ground .... or for that matter the pegs as he is so short
No dont think so ! anyhow remember your an ambassador for Great Britain and N.I. in other words cause a riot
650 more miles on the Triumph over the holiday weekend; 5 of us stopped in N Yorkshire rode some great empty roads in the Scotish Borders near Kielder. Did the ride home through the Derbyshire Peak district which was nice but packed with traffic compared to Yorkshire and Scotland. Visited biker haunts Squires and Hartside cafe's for the first time, great ride up and down to Hartside. First evening when we parked up I noticed a worn nail in the centre of the tread of the back tyre :frown: the tyre stayed up and the nail is still in after the ride home. Tread is about to the wear bars so looks like a new one is required.
That road up to the Hartside is rather fun. Although last time I was there I almost got taken out by some sheep on the road. No Kiwi jokes about that please
Glencoe, Applecross, Ullapool, Skye, Skye to Glenelg Ferry, Fort William over the weekend. Great fun. A few wee pics here. >>> Linky
Sitting on the f'ing A23 at 40mph through the roadworks and then on the M25 at 50mph through the roadworks and then filtering through 3 miles of queues at the tunnel then repeating it all 2 hours later going the other way but with a 3 mile queue for the bridge. I'm discovering the "comfort" part of the America's "comfort seat" is probably a poor translation from the Brummie ......... I must find my Airhawk.
