Put some R&G crash bobbins on me Z900RS

    Z900RS R&G Crash Bobbins 001 (2).jpg

Then went out on my 700 Tracer to triple score some drugs and pick up some magic mushrooms from the chemist and greengrocer.

I had a spin out on the interceptor, didn't stop, so no pictures today.

Fellow Rothwellian, thanks, I've been diverted for a while but will post some pictures when I'm done. Got a 50s Panther piston and rod as well which could do with a face lift. Jeez :no_mouth:

    SOLD THEM....
I got too old (too soon) and the bikes are too fast and uncontrollable. Who really needs all these electronic, invasive controls anyway?
I just saw a 1957 Triumph TRW 500 - same age as me ..... I'm tempted - what do you think?

I reckon he will be on his Kawaka. Will you be on your GS?

Yes, it’s all I have apart from a 24 Speed mountain bike but I doubt you two could keep up with that so I’ll give the GS an outing:p

Lovely - go for it. Nobody would ever accuse a TRW of being fast, let alone 'too fast'! They are, though, smooth, fairly uncomplicated and generally reliable - hence the military applications.

Depends on the weather. Any sign of rain and i'll be on the Tracer. Better wet tyres and cost less.

It's just wonderful, now that you've seen it you can't un-see it. Why not park it in the garage and just keep looking at it. It's only just been run in too.

    Thumb.jpg

You'll be sorry if you don't get it. :) If I was closer I'd be having a think about that one.

Been having a polish of that BMW piston. Can't really display though, it stands nicely upside down on the garage shelf, which is no good. I'll have to weld it's gudgeon pin and bolt the big end to a stand
