New boots required for NS400. There's not a great deal of choice, as the front wheel is a 16 incher and the rear is 17",but only 120 wide, the width of most bigger bikes front tyre these days. Lol I've stuck with BT46's, On the basis of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'

That campsite is full of childhood memories for me as it was where we had our first family holidays fifty years ago. Still owned by the Farr family.
We all packed into an old Austin J2 camper van, mum, dad three kids and grandma, with two canoes on the roof which we would paddle long the Brecon and Abergevnny canal.

I've been back twice since on my KTMs. The first time was about ten years ago and I must admit it triggered a welter of memories. It has a more shady and secluded feel now as the trees have matured. I was sad to see that the swimming pool, which was fed by a brown and brackish mountain stream and absolutely freezing (though it never stopped us kids) had been decommissioned for health and safety reasons and was full of weeds.
Cwmdu is a great location for exporing the Brecon Beacons. The site also owns two holiday cottages just up the lane from the campsite gate. I stayed in one a few years ago and it was very comfortable and at the time very reasonably priced. I must go back one day.

What lovely memories; my childhood memories of UK campsites centre around one in Lynton, Devon. The cottages looked very nice as well as the camping pods and shepherd's hut they had there for glamping.
