..not scorchio, but warm enough (and a damn sight better than this time last week). So I spent all day out on the Thruxton. A bit of gentle pootling through the villages, seeing the sights, smelling the smells, and giving it a bit of wellie through the smooth twisties. Just over 3,500 miles now and I just love this bike. It does everything really well. The engine is so strong, gutsy & smooth. Bets bike Ive ever bought Summer's coming folks
Nice weather this morning too! I've only owned the bike about 10 days and today was my first ride into work on the new machine. How lovely it was. The only real problem was it was all over too quickly
we should have a thruxton ride out! All we need is a white one and then we could really get patriotic.
I reckon that's a lake he has just made himself. lol I do exactly the same, ride till I'm busting and then the flood gates open, hoping I can synchronise gloves, zip and wind direction. Shouldn't do it really, I once remember watching a documentary showing what happened in a crash if you had a full bladder. Worth bearing in mind lads & lasses.
