So she’s being MOT’d tomorrow so looking forward to getting out in her! Cleared the whole morning so fingers crossed she flies through and then we can go for a good ol’ ride!
So she’s back from her MOT…had the most annoying fail EVER! When I bought her I knew she had a different number plate on and the normal one came too but I forgot to swop them over before the test…but once I showed them the original one they did the retest and passed her. So had my first proper ride today…still only 45mins as we have a sickly baby at home. But first impressions were great! She’s a heavy, uncomfortable, tiring BUT…I LOVE IT!! She is sooooo much fun! I smiled the whole way home. Once you get the revs up she comes alive and rides beautifully! And the sound is awesome! Addictive for sure!! So pretty happy with the purchase, the garage said she was in great condition and thanked me for bringing her in! Looking forward to getting out later this week!
Heavy and an uncomfortably long stretch to the bars for short@rses like me, but they are SO fun and have SO much real character that it's hard not to love 'em! I've been enjoying mine a lot recently but went out on my Street Trip today and it took me a good 4 or 5 miles to get re-acquainted with the instant throttle and steering response that had me twitching all over the place!
