Don't! I picked it up cheap, so I don't mind spending £600 I'm hoping the fresh tyres tomorrow sort it, if not the when it's in for its service Saturday I'll ask the tech to check other possibilities.

Just need to find a seat cowl

I'm 99% sure it's head bearings mate had the same problem on various bikes over the years it was always head bearings

Yeah, I have a feeling it is too. Just strange it's only at low speeds. I'll let you all know this afternoon once the tyres are changed. Fingers crossed!

Haha! I don't mind, honest as the day is long, plus I half expected it! Tyres needed to be changed anyway!

When Head bearings are changed you will have to get used to the new improved handling, bet you were pleased to find this fault ?

Probably would have been picked up on MOT, Just a thought would it be good to ask them to do MOT just in case other things come to light then if only fails for head bearings get them to do that and ask them to road test to see if handling issue resolved, then when all good news have bike serviced ??

So, new tyres, full service, head bearings were fine, so full forks strip and service this week and a cheeky K&n power commander remap etc

That's interesting about the head bearings. What have they found with the forks?
