    Not advisable long term - it tends, over time, to use the pivot point of the sidestand as a lever to bend or, worse, break the lugs on the frame. The money spent on repairing that would, I reckon, be a lot more than the cost of a turntable solution.

    When I had a new tyre fitted the Yoof who done the work spun my bike around like this, I nearly knocked him out, I'd never seen it done before and thought "that cant be good for the bike" given I'm a shorty and a Scrambler 1200 is mooooosive I'll pass on this
