i have triumph legend tt 900. i have fitted carmo cdi, genuine new ht leads, air filter and pick up assembly, new spark plugs and new after market coils and when it gets to 7,000 rpm it holds back and misfires. I am at my wits end nobody seems willing or able to help and this problem has cost me £900+. I also had carbs sonic cleaned

Some jets may still be blocked. Which map is on the ECU?

Hello Mark... welcome to the forum.
Can I assume you have done all the basics? Checked/changed air filter? The air box system is tortuous and over complex... no mice nesting in there??? Is there a fuel filter? If so, what its Condition? Breather tubes clear? Spark plug gaps correct and healthy spark? Carbs have been vacuum balanced? No perishing of the rubber carb/engine manifold (often cracks and perishes)...

Vacuum line to the fuel tap? Is it perished or cracked ? This could cause fuel starvation at higher revs and the bike to stop when it finally breaks !
