Steve, the conmen try it on with all bikes the Triumph (BSA) Hurricane is an example where people try and pass them off as the genuine article. I think there were about 1100 made but 1500 or more exist now I think the same happened with Velo's Venom/Thruxton. I think that is one good reason to join an owners club as forewarned is fore armed.
