I had dirt getting in my rear seat area before i fitted the tail tidy to my bike, i just remove the seats when i wash the bike now.
Call it maintenance, it's like every now and then i clean my chain with paraffin and then re lube as over time dirt sticks to the oil and to me that = grinding paste.
I closed up the gaps on mine with a little foil tape. My tail tidy is a bit "custom," and I had already used some foil tape on the tab I heated and bent down to reflect the LED light from my integrated tail lamp onto the number plate.
Yeah I've always thought, if plates were a sensible size (8x6in) no one would change them. It's not to small and looks a lot nicer on the bike.
Me too no hassle so far but you know it'll happen. Small Plate, loud exhaust and a dark visor.... I'm so antisocial and consistently breaking the law probably best if I was drowned at birth
Yeah jonesy, you sound a bit of a hooligan lol. I got the dark visor, sadly a standard exhaust atm, but if you don't go to small with number plate and make it look standard (no odd spacing/strange lettering) hopefully you won't attract to much attention.
I'm between Birmingham and Worcester. I get into Wales as often as possible though those places are around the elan valley
Yep it's really good riding there is your play ground better ? Would be good to find a local lad who knows the best roads from down your way for a guided tour
