Need some help here, Got A 2014 Thunderbird Commander having a hell of a time getting the oil filter off. Not much room at all Any suggestions out there that might help.......Thanks, Dan
I went ahead and purchased filter removal tool from Triumph. With the tool its easy. A bit pricy though but a good investment as far as I am concerned. You might be able to find a cheaper aftermarket one. Looks like this.
Thanks Dozer, Got a cap that fits over the filter the problem is its got a cross over pipe between the two exhaust pipes that is kinda in the way real tight fit......Dan
Or if you can only get at it from the side try one of these. https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Boa-Baby-C...h-11021ENB/1526513879?iid=352004229632&chn=ps
Thanks Dozer, I,m going to try a short swivel on the filter cap. I'ts been raining here all day so I'll tackle it tomorrow. I'll let you know how it turns out, Thanks again.........Dan
