    Has anyone been to the Thunder In The Glen Aviemore Scotland, I am thinking of going, however the tickets have gone off sale, I can get accommodation but wondered if you need a ticket for the bands or ride outs etc. Ride safe all from an ageing Rocker.

    You only need a ticket if you are going to see the main band,, but there are bands that play outside the cairngorm hotel which is always busy and just as good as the "main band" and anyone can go on the ride out for free, I've been a few times but never on the mass ride out as I don't fancy it. Its a great weekend though

    Thank you Dougie, the information is really helpful, like you I think I will give the mass ride out a miss, everything else looks great.
