    Hi!
I just bought my first triumph, a 2018 Thruxton, and I burned my knees through my pants because they touch the engine (I am very tall). I need to find some kind of after market/third party product so that when my knees bump into the engine this doesn't happen!

    Any tips greatly apprecaited!

What about some tank side pads?
Could help keep your legs off the engine :p

Thanks - I was looking for something to cover the cylinder/cylinder head cooling fins instead of to go on my body. Know of anything like that?

Dont think I would cover the cylinder cooling fins with anything as they need a good air flow, In your case would need to be some kind of heat shield that sits wide of the fins, I dont know of anything but who knows something may be available,

Do you think its possible to buy one for the new model? I imagine a wire shield would still get just as hot since its metal?
