My 2016 Thruxton 1200 (6250 miles) has developed a nasty creak, I’m thinking rear wheel bearing, has anyone else had this?, cheers Mark.

Turned out to be the rear brake dragging slightly, the only time the noise was apparent was after riding a few miles and the friction heating and expanding stuff until it caught just enough to create the creaking sound, calliper off thoroughly cleaned everything, back together, went for a ride, no noise now and the calliper/disc are cool, I’ll probably bleed the brake as well just to be sure, note when when rotating the wheel by hand on the paddock stand there was very little drag that could be felt , so it was barely dragging but was enough to heat up and get worse.
