I snapped this pic by the negative edge pool in Cozumel a few years ago when we were there on a dive trip.
This guy and his boxers were at one of the Phoenix area "Bikers for Boxers" fund raisers that Mr. Sandi and I did a few years ago. (Can you tell I'm going through old photos? COVID era amusement). Anyway, he's on a custom trike adapted for his disability as well as to bring his two boxers along for the ride! BoxerLuv Boxer Rescue did a fund raiser--Bikers for Boxers--for six years. Until their lawyers put the kibosh on it because of liability. It was an awesome event--coffee and breakfast meetup for registration, a "poker run" through the Phoenix metro area, all followed by lunch and live music with a silent and a live auction. At each venue throughout the day there were boxers hanging out with BoxerLuv volunteers hoping for a new home or a foster family. Mr. Sandi and I would ride up from Tucson for the event then stay overnight at some nice little Phoenix hotel and ride home the next day.
Rhymes By DCS 15/09/20 I’ve been told me poems should rhyme, And most o’ me poems dun’t! It’s not like I’m committing a crime, It just I’m an ignorant fool!
Still looking through photos in my iPhoto collection. I took these while visiting my little brother and his family in Minnesota at the family farm a couple of summers ago. And the pic below is a close up of one of those purple blooms in the foreground of that photo. I took this with my old SE iPhone. Smartphones are really computers and cameras these days.
These pictures are of my daughter I tell her she needs to grow her hair long and keep it natural or she won't get a job I tell her to not get so many piercings I tell her to do an academic college course She ignores me She does what the hell she wants without giving a damn about other people's opinion She is getting a tattoo for her birthday She completed a college course on Urban Fusion Art with distinction She has enjoyed life ten times more than me I am jealous of my daughter and think she is awesome

A great quote to remember: "When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how muchhe had learned in seven years." Mark Twain.
