Be a smell of shit in that cockpit

 

There were a multitude of errors with regards to medical suitability, safety briefs etc but the saving grace was the ejection system was faulty. Standard is that when one ejector is pulled both seats eject but because it was faulty the pilots seat remained in place and he was able to land safely, not preventing himself from being ejected as reported

 

Agree he should never have been in that situation on medical grounds
