In the spirit of SleepyOwl's post #1 in this thread: The skiing season has started, and I have just spent the afternoon watching ski jumping. It's been a few decades since I sold my ski jumping gear, but I still love to see photos from the era when I was first attracted to the sport. Norway, 1962. Brave guys.

That snowy picture is a cracker Mr Cooper, really speaks of the awful conditions they endured at the front.

The horse and dray was installed today next to the old brewery site in Sunderland. Those dray horses were loved by everyone who saw them.
