That one is in Brive-Charensac, not far from "Le Puy en Velay" , in the middle of France.

Here is a little awesome story. One of my musician mate (I play with him for + 10 years in different bands) is a huge fan of all Seattle bands, especially "Pearl Jam".
During lockdown, he became really active on the "Pearl Jamily France" FB group. It's the french Pearl Jam fan club.
in October 2020, Alex my friend had the idea to cover a pearl jam song, with all fans recording with a phone a part of the song. He made the following video

In the comments, he noticed Dave Abbruzzese wrote something. Dave A was drummer of Pearl Jam on 2 albums (VS & Vitalogy).
My friend decided to write to Dave A. Then they communicated through skype. Here come the cool stuff.
Dave Abbruzzese agreed to record a drum part on Pearl Jam "Rearviewmirror" tune. D A was the drummer on the original recording. Then french (belgiar also) fans recorded their own stuff over.
    Here is the result:

And now this video made a kind of buzz and some Rock website and magazine are talking about the story.

My mate never thought it would become such a thing.

Last bit on the story is US singer Joanna Connor wants to join the French Fan Club after she saw that video.

Not the best photo but this is from our back porch a couple of evenings ago after we got RAIN!!!! Mr. Sandi read that we'd gone 90 straight days with no measurable precipitation. And temps around 115ºF all last week. We didn't get much but we'll take it. Something is better than nothing. And it smelled so good and cooled down so much after the rain that it was simply glorious!

Great news Sandi, everything will enjoy a little drink:joy:. We had a tornado last week and were sweeping the water out of our garage after 25mm in 40minutes  some pics from my work :sob:

A fantastic photograph that exposes some interesting facts. That a service station could vend multiple manufacturers’ fuels and not be as today, franchised to a single provider. The second interesting fact is that people couldn’t park near the fucking pumps then either.

You’ve obviously not been to New Zealand Cy, that picture was taken last week :) They say that when you visit New Zealand you put your watch back several years:cool:
Sorry to hear about the tornado and the fatality dartplayer, that’s the last thing you need on top of this covid shite. Best wishes to all involved.

Oh my, @Dartplayer. I just now saw this post. I'm so sorry to read about the tornado and your garage flood. I hope you've managed to get everything cleaned up and that the sun is shining on you again. :sun::blush:

That’s real? Unless that cub gets dropped from a great height (to tenderise it), that eagle is going to regret that menu selection.

Animals are normally pretty good at weighing up the risks. Not this time.
