The garage is only 24' X 24' but is uninsulated at this time. Maybe I will be able to afford to insulate and install interior at a later date. It may not take too long to heat that space for sure. But it will have a thermostat. It is also open to about 1100 cubic feet of "attic" until I can afford to hang a ceiling. ...J.D.
I think the smaller the space, the neater we tend to be. I have a garage and a 1200 sq.ft. workshop. It tends to be a mess. Too many tools. Three bikes, a project car, etc. ...J.D.
I'm allowed one 1/2 of the garage, the wife the other 1/2. I have to make due with what I have. Some clutter needs to be cleared out.
Must say, although mine is big, it looks like a train wreck. Trying to get more organized this year. ...J.D.
Frankly I’d have divided it differently. You get all the floor space to put ur bikes, tools and goodies. She gets the ceiling and unused square inches in the corners.
A bit cluttered in mine at the moment, though it’s going to double in size when we build an extension to relocate the kitchen
Buy her a shed for a utility room and then you can have the whole space! That's what I once did and the wife accepted it but later became the ex wife so maybe you take your life in your hands if you do!!!!
Whats the update on the Blood Bike are they at the end of there contract and the new Company taking over?
That's a different area to ours, Coventry and Warwickshire, the Company awarded the contract is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NHS Foundation Trust, any profits go back to the hospital! Of course that would be the money left over after paying Directors etc, probably NHS employies already, and courier companies when QE facilities realise they've taken on too much.
