Don't really have a "man cave" just a couple of garages in which to keep my bikes and stuff. I recently put down a rubber floor in one to try and reduce the condensation when it gets colder. Seems to have made quite a big difference, so quite happy with the results.....

It’s a F800GT a (gasp) B umW. Not mine but fleet. First sport style bike I’ve ridden in decades, I quite like it although it does sound like a tractor on idle

Its a carcoon bike bubble. I got mine from Demo Tweeks and it has been brilliant at keeping my LT dry through the winter. They come in a couple of sizes, mine is the large one.....

Some Man Cave action today, I’ve racked the right hand side of the garage now which has made a huge difference.

It’s opened up loads of space and made the garage feel much more organised

There’s even room now for another project!

Next job is to buy or source some polystyrene sheet to sort out the garage door.

Have a look for some Kingspan insulation, I think Wickes have it. Better than polystyrene, doesn't burn for one thing.

Wickes stock celotex and at a good price too.
Watch out for the old warped sheets though, the foam deteriorates from exposure to the sun.

You lot got me started! Cleaned out years of accumulated crud from the garage - a whole VW Sharan full!

Going to get some proper shelving next.

Unfortunately not in my man cave but look at this beauty.
Honda CBR 600 steel frame used by Joey back in the day. Apparently it is to be featured in one of the better remaining magazines and no not MCN.

Couldn't resist these door mats off Amazon at £4 each! Glued to some hard board to get the wheels level with the height of the checker plate so I can get it up on the centre stand more easily.

Well it would make a better clothes dryer than an egg wisk for sure. But at 50,000btu, it should heat my shop nicely next winter. ...J.D.

Wow, how big is your workshop?:grinning: My boiler for the whole house doesn’t have that output!
Edit - actually it does, just worked it out but it’s only about 80,000 Btu for the whole house! :p
