There are some patches on the frame where the powder coating has bubbled from underneath and in some cases flaked off. I don't want to go to the extreme of stripping it down and re-powder coating as I haven't decided if I'm going to keep it or trade it in for a new one. Can anyone recommend a decent spray paint (or anything else) that will do the trick? Cheers, B
If Triumph dont do a spray can/touch up pen then your best bet is to go to a paint factors & they can mix up the paint to match it spot on. Alternatively ride down to Halfrauds & try to get the best match you can. Failing that you could apply self adhesive vinyl wrap to the effected area depending where it is or disguise it with some decals?
Thanks P. I was just being lazy, really - seeing if someone had already done the slog looking. The worst bit is the subframe but the projection from the front of the frame that holds the headlights is pretty bad too. I'll try Bill Smiths and if no joy, Halfords it is.
