Hi All, I need to use my Speed Triple R pretty much all year round and I've found the rear shock gets covered in filth rather quickly. On previous bikes I've had a rear hugger which extended down past the swingarm to protect the shock linkage but I can't seem to find something for the Speedy. Short of fabricating one out of an old muc-off bottle and siliconing it in place are there any options available? Also....if it's OK for Rossi to use one then it's OK for me
did look at these myself but if any water/moisture did get in there would it not stay inside the sock and therefore cause corrosion ?,maybe not if sealed well enough but not convinced enough to buy one.
My shock is currently coated in ACF50 and would get a wash and another dose of ACF before getting this put on.
