It is really but what we've got to remember is that we have bikes because it's a passion. Many, many car drivers have cars simply to get from A to B (and somewhere to do their make-up, make phone calls, text, eat, look at maps/paperwork, etc.) and have very little perception of much outside their vehicle.
here here totally agree had a go at a cardriver the other day at work nearly knocked me over on the road was on his phone ,shouted at him and he stopped bad move started to have a go until my collegue took a pic of his reg number and said he was calling the cops.....soon got in his car and drove off
