I don't see a person on that bike--or anywhere near it for that matter. Yikes!

    No :)
My R3R is due at the beginning of March :)
I’m gonna have to make a tow bar for it though and get a new trailer as tying all my gear to a bike is a reet pain in the arse

Suspension is set to max at the back :)
No adjustments on the front :(
It looks a lot worse than it is :(
The weight isn’t that bad :)
    I’ve had much heavier pillion’s:eek:

Don’t worry, that’s why he’s eating all the pies, once he’s sat on it it’ll get the front wheel back on the ground

If I’d known that my R3R wasn’t gonna show up I’d have hung onto my tow bar and trailer
Then none of this would’ve been necessary

That's just what I meant when I referred to my woodworking skills. I have none!

I have one question - it does not seem likely that any sort of tow bar could be fitted to the new R3R. It was mentioned fitting to where footpegs mount - but that will in effect lift the bikes suspension on braking making it really unstable. Being a single sider - and one side is shaft drive - it seems an impossible proposition to fit tow bar. Insurance would never cover it surely. Hope I'm wrong and if you manage it - it will be interesting.

If you mount on the frame - with the constant electronic measuring for weight / damping / rebound at the ECU- this will I am sure cause issues. Just a thought mate...

See what you’re getting at John
But a pillions weight would be put through the frame as well and the luggage system and rear rack that’s available puts it’s weight through the frame also :)
If I can make one to fit I can’t see it being a problem :)

But your pillion wouldn't give negative weight i.e push up frame on braking. Again just thinking aloud..

Nah mate you’re over thinking it
this bike doesn’t come with electronically controlled suspension :)
The electronics are for the ABS and Traction control and cornering and lean angle :)
