I have noticed that my gear lever is loose.
I'm attaching the video to show exactly what I mean.

My question to all of you experts is:

Do I simply undo the bolt, push the lever tight and do the bolt again in front of my house?
    or
Is this something I should take to a garage/service?

I would like to be able to fix little things myself, but I'm not an expert in judging what makes things little or not...:D

can't do any harm to see if that would work as a solution! :)

And make sure that all the pivot points are well greased.

Spacer required ? The Bolt locates on the actuator shaft in a stepped slot ! IdI try a fibre/copper washer as these would give and use a good grease.
