It was Romford, yes. But I needed them to look at a couple of other things for me (removing bluetooth, lowering the pegs, adjusting the headlights, squeaking brakes, etc), which I think they then went on a test ride for, so they needed it to cool down.

Note that the service still cost me £100 for parts, but the labour of the first service is included in the purchase price of the bike, so if you take it elsewhere, it'll probably cost you more like £300.

I wonder what route the oil took to get to the place where it got changed into smoke?
Think I would have sent the bike back for a refund after discovering it had been grossly over filled.
It would niggle away at me forever.
