Hi will a single seat and small rack fit straight onto my 1600 Thunderbird. I could do with one when riding on my own, I like the small rack thingy.

Thanks for your help, my ears are still bleeding after the De-cat and small tors fitted. wow a fab sound

Yes it will, single bolts on utilising the same two side bolts as standard seat, the rack fixes using the same holes available on mudguard.
First pic shows the fixings of rack with single seat side bolt just visible in front of shock top mount (used this rack from my America with a bit of fettling, before I got flat one in pic two)

Incidentally I am about to sell the Mustang single seat and chrome rack. The seat is six months old , it is far superior to the Triumph seat - £150 , check it out at jp motorcycles if your interested. Cheers.

well got a single seat and put that on, took the sissy Bar off for the time being, ive fitted locks to the panniers ready for my trip and have fitted the charging socket for my phone and Camera. I may have to put the longer pipes back on for mt trip, or put the Cat back on with the short Tors. I don't want it too noisy in France. I am just loving this bike though. I may buy a rack for the back too. Ive been looking at bags to go on the back of the sissy bar for the holiday.

200 miles on saturday, just joyful. trip to Swanage as soon as possible.

My end can attest to this mustang seat! I spent many hours on one just like this on my old ride. As for the fringe and such, they come both with and without. The seat is very well made as well as extremely comfortable.
